This news admittedly caught me completely by surprise. I had no idea Kim was working on her autobiography titled “Blessed Life: My Surprising Journey of Joy, Tears, and Tales from Harlem to Hollywood“. Now that the news has dropped, I do not want to wait until November to dive into what promises to be a revealing, inspiring, and fascinated story and book. You can pre-order the book on Amazon:
Here is the synopsis from the Faithworlds website:
“After spending 40 years in the public eye, TV personality and actress Kim Fields has lived most of her life among people who think they know her. They’ve seen her as Dorothy “Tootie” Ramsey on The Facts of Life, as Regine Hunter on Living Single, and most recently as herself on Real Housewives of Atlanta and Dancing with the Stars. Behind the camera, she has accomplished even more.
With four decades in the business, Kim finally understands the role she has played onscreen and off as a successful, outspoken, and faithful African-American woman and mother. BLESSED LIFE is a chronicle of living, learning, and keen moments of self-discovery as she’s journeyed through many facets and chapters of life, having God by her side every step of the way.”
Stay tuned for an early review of the book!
