In the process, the stock also tagged $110 which was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/id\/44545937\" title=\"Netflix in 'the Perfect Storm?'\" target=\"_blank\">a price target established by a bearish analyst at Noster Capital<\/a>. Thursday&#8217;s selling represents more of the same. This time, the negative news flow came in the form of <a href=\"http:\/\/phx.corporate-ir.net\/phoenix.zhtml?c=176060&#038;p=irol-newsArticle&#038;ID=1610968&#038;highlight=\" title=\"Introducing the All-New Kindle Family: Four New Kindles, Four Amazing Price Points\" target=\"_blank\">Amazon&#8217;s announcement<\/a> of a low-cost tablet, called the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B0051VVOB2\/ref=as_li_tf_tl?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=drduru-20&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;camp=217145&#038;creative=399373&#038;creativeASIN=B0051VVOB2\">Kindle Fire<\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.assoc-amazon.com\/e\/ir?t=drduru-20&#038;l=as2&#038;o=1&#038;a=B0051VVOB2&#038;camp=217145&#038;creative=399373\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" style=\"border:none !important; margin:0px !important;\" \/>, that includes the ability to stream movies. The chart above shows the a small amount of buying happened to take the stock off the $107 lows. However, the ability of the stock to continue selling off on extremely high volume demonstrates it is likely to quickly tag the lower Bollinger Band (BBand) again on its way to lower prices. At a forward P\/E of 17, NFLX is cheaper than it has been in a very long time. The stock is also trading at 2x sales but at 18x book value. So, overall, the valuation story looks mixed. Moreover, CEO Hastings Reeds remains a constant seller with <a href=\"http:\/\/biz.yahoo.com\/t\/22\/382.html\" title=\"HASTINGS REED: Declared Holdings\" target=\"_blank\">an automatic sell program that has dumped stock for years<\/a>. Once he or other executives turn into buyers, the bullish case for NFLX will get much stronger.
