The stock was slow-going for two years and even dropped to an all-time low in last year&#8217;s stock market sell-off. INVH finally broke out this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"550\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/drduru.com\/onetwentytwo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/190913_INVH.png\" alt=\"Invitation Homes (INVH) made an important breakout in April 2019 and is up 38.7% year-to-date.\" class=\"wp-image-49927\"\/><figcaption>Invitation Homes (INVH) made an important breakout in April 2019 and is up 38.7% year-to-date.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>I perked up while <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"watching Nightly Business Report (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/5VE-kF2XxJo?t=812\" target=\"_blank\">watching Nightly Business Report<\/a> when Portfolio Manager John Hyun from Adelante Capital Management restated his case for Invitation Homes.
