Penney (JCP).<\/p>\n<p>{snip}<\/p>\n<p>JCP listed improving sales trends, strong liquidity, &#8220;rebuilding its base of highly satisfied and loyal customers,&#8221; stocking the correct inventory, and new leadership as compelling positives.
