I covered them in &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/seekingalpha.com\/article\/1603532-the-housing-recovery-will-proceed-even-with-the-changing-preferences-for-living-at-home\" target=\"_blank\">The Housing Recovery Will Proceed Even With The Changing Preferences For Living At Home<\/a>&#8221; and &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/seekingalpha.com\/article\/1582372-the-pent-up-housing-demand-of-young-people-could-support-selling-seniors\" target=\"_blank\">The Pent-Up Housing Demand Of Young People Could Support &#8216;Selling Seniors&#8217;<\/a>.&#8221; THIS week, Prudential Real Estate released <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prudentialrealestate.com\/Newsroom\/NewsroomArticles\/tabid\/95\/Article\/39\/Prudential-Real-Estate-Q2-Outlook-Survey-Millennials-Are-Increasingly-Positive.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">a study<\/a> with a provocative title declaring that young people are &#8220;increasingly positive about real estate.&#8221; It is a short press release, and I recommend you scan it for yourself and\/or review <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prudentialrealestate.com\/Portals\/0\/Downloads\/Prudential%20Real%20Real%20Estate%20Q2%20Consumer%20Outlook%20Survey%20Infographic.JPG\" target=\"_blank\">a compact infographic<\/a> summarizing the results. {snip}<\/p>\n<p>The overwhelming share of younger people who have a favorable or somewhat favorable attitude toward housing is an encouraging supplement to the news of young people delaying home purchases and choosing to live longer with their parents.
