Dr. Oz Teaches Kim How to Manage Her Guilty Pleasure

In early December, 2015, Kim Fields visited the set of Dr. Oz, the television doctor. He interviewed Kim (no video available yet unfortunately) and also demonstrated how she could enjoy her favorite guilty pleasure with a little less guilt.

Apparently, Kim Fields LOVES cookies and cream ice cream. Dr. Oz showed her how to get pleasure with a little less guilt with the following low-fat recipe (click the link to see the 2-minute segment):

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp agave
4 Oreo cookies (cookie only)

Directions
1. Combine all together in a blender.
2. Drink up!

Before this segment, Dr. Oz showed Kim how to slice up cookies and cream ice cream into manageable slices of about 85 calories each. I think the idea is to allow enjoyment without over-doing the eating. Dr. Oz also showed Kim how to make her own cookies and cream ice cubes for use in beverages (like iced coffee?). These cubes allow her to get the taste without a lot of the associated calories.
